OXYZO Financial Services Ltd. is a Leading Fintech NBFC headquartered in Gurugram. We are into B2B Lending and cover both SME and Emerging Corporate customers Pan-India having our offices spread across 20+ cities in India including NCR, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Indore, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, etc.
OXYZO is part of the OfBusiness Group and was incorporated in 2017 - having already built an AUM (Asset Under Management) of 7,000 Cr with a PAT of 300 Cr last year and is growing year on year with well established processes and governance framework with marque investors including Creation Investments, Matrix Partners, Norwest, Tiger Global and Alpha Wave.
What you will do.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bond life cycle including calculations and settlement, corporate actions, and financial markets, with a proven ability to ensure accurate and timely data processing.
· Oversee and manage bond settlements for various bond types, including fixed, floating, zero coupon.
· Accurate and timely settlement of Trades with adherence to the NSE/BSE cut-offs & regulations.
· Pro-actively work with external clients and desks to ensure timely allocation and matching of trades.
· Maintain accurate records of settlement of trades.
· Post settlement work-flows activity i.e. cashflows to client, TDS and resolution of any other ad-hoc query.
· Handle daily cash flows & ad hoc queries from custodian & brokers.
· Perform daily reconciliation of positions, cash balances, and transactions between internal systems and external statements, and generate and review operational reports, including trade activity, position summaries, and performance metrics.
· Maintain accurate transaction records and communications, ensuring all documentation is available for audits and compliance checks.

6. Exceptional written and verbal communication, collaboration and negotiation skills; fluent in English
7. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
