What you will do.
We’re looking for a dynamic and people-focused Zonal Head – HR (West) to be based at Mumbai to lead Employee Relations and Engagement across our West region. This role is central to fostering a positive, transparent, and high-performance culture while partnering closely with business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Drive employee relations strategy aligned with business and culture.
Act as a trusted advisor for grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
Conduct ER diagnostics, pulse checks, and engagement audits to address concerns proactively.
Lead regional engagement initiatives, events, and employee connect programs.
Build capability among managers on progressive ER practices and culture leadership.
Partner with leadership on attrition insights, people analytics, and retention actions.
What we are looking for.
5–7 years of HR experience with strong focus on Employee Relations / HRBP / Engagement.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with a balanced, empathetic approach.
Experience managing multi-location teams (preferably in BFSI / Fintech).
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
